Before we go to the download link, let me first say that I have collected all of the cat meow sounds in .wav format from various sources in the Internet. What I did was simply compiled all of the wav files into one folder and uploaded it to a free hosting so you can download the cat meow sounds in an easier way and of course, free.
Here is the detail about the file. It consist of 111 wav files of cat and kitten meowing sounds. Most of the wav file are 0 - 5 seconds long and there are some that falls within the range of 20 - 30 seconds long. The compressed size is 14 Mb.
